About us

I will tell you a few things about us, but try not to misunderstand us. In here, things are different, and sometimes we take them out for a walk with us. Out there. That’s how we want it to be done, and it’s good that we want it this way, but… I will tell you about this place so you can understand.  We walk with eyes looking at eyes. Not at the floor, not at the ceiling, not indifferently behind you. Every time we look for a little bit more of ourselves. Not for roles, not for characters, not for CVs. We’re looking for a little bit of self.  And not alone, but with each other. And if that sounds too intellectual, then you have to know that we make it into a game. It’s not this way and it’s not the other way. We don’t think it’s right, or clever or awesome. We don’t think about it at all. We play, and by playing we will laugh, we will cry, we will talk or we will sing, we will dance or we will crawl, we will whisper and we won’t shout. We will dance strangely and we will narrate strange things.

In here we play, but not with toys. Our main toy is our own body. The body has everything. Speech is in there. Imagination too. Tears, laughter, burps, thoughts, voices, melody…

After all, I don’t know if what we do is theatre. We’re certainly not actors. Our floor is definitely not a stage and our seats are not comfortable for the viewers. We don’t want our visitors to be viewers. We want something more. Like when we were children playing games. There were no observers, everyone magically played in our game, even if they never knew the rules.

We are out of tune. Already from the fifth lyric.

And it took a lot of work for us to understand and accept that.

  And let us be misunderstood.
